Folate is natural Vitamin B-9, folic acid is the synthetic version. It is key to include Folate in all of our diets because it helps make, protect, and repair DNA.

Unfortunately, nearly 68% of us Americans do not have enough Magnesium in our diets. Magnesium deficiencies are linked to hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and type II diabetes. You know what that means, Magnesium in a daily multivitamin is a must!

Zinc boosts our immune system and supports a healthy metabolism. You may have been told to take Zinc when suffering from a cold. I’ve been told that too. I’d say yes, but of course, do whatever works best for you and your body. SugarBearHair is working great for me! These vegan gummy vitamins are far superior to the multivitamin I was taking before and therefore I’m going to be sticking with these little pink bears from now on. Plus, they actually have 10 fewer calories than the multivitamins I was taking previously. It’s not a huge difference, but every little bit helps.

One last thing, SugarBearHair Women’s MultiVitamins are so sweet! They’re like eating chewy little candies. They taste so good I wish I could take more than 2 a day!
