What Makes SugarBearHair Women’s MultiVitamins So Special?

SugarBearHair Women’s MultiVitamins are vegan! More specifically, they are:

  • Wheat-free
  • Gluten-free
  • Soy-free
  • Dairy-free
  • Beef-free
  • Pork-free
  • Egg-free
  • Fish-free
  • Peanut-free

These yummy bears are made in an allergy-free facility, and there is just one more very important thing that they lack: gelatin! All SugarBear gummies are instead made with Pectin (which comes from fruit)!

Why Pectin Is Better Than Gelatin.

According to WebMD, besides coming from animals, gelatin has a few potential side-effects. These side-effects could include feeling a heaviness in your stomach, unpleasant taste, heartburn, and bloating. Yuck.

Like I said, Pectin comes from fruit. Yum! When comparing gummy vitamins with Gelatin vs. Pectin, I’ve noticed that each one has a different texture. To get that delightful chewy texture, you need a gummy vitamin with Pectin. Now that I have tried both kinds of gummy vitamins, I’d much rather have Pectin in my gummy multivitamins. I love the chewiness!

SugarBearHair Women’s MultiVitamins Are Packed With Good Ingredients.

Vegan Omega-3 Sources and a Vegan Collagen Booster Blend

It’s not easy, but SugarBearHair gummy vitamins contain Vegan Omega-3 sources. They also contain a Vegan Collagen Booster Blend. Omega-3 is a must-have for me when taking a multivitamin, it promotes brain and heart health. Collagen is a huge bonus in multivitamins since it promotes healthy skin and joints.

The Omega-3 (Chia Seed Extract) in these vegan gummies is filled with anti-aging oxidants. Chia seeds provide so many desirable benefits like healthier skin, stronger bones, a healthier digestive system, and improved heart health.

Vitamins, So Many Vitamins!

SugarBearHair Women’s Vegan MultiVitamins contain Vitamin C, Vitamin D-2, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-2, Vitamin B-6, and Vitamin B-12. Each of these vitamins is included for their own specific benefit to the body, but there are a few highlights.

Vitamin D-2 (Ergocalciferol) helps your body absorb calcium and phosphorus. Studies have found increasing evidence that links Vitamin D to the proper functioning of the brain, heart, muscles, immune system, and skin.

You may already be familiar with Vitamin B-2 (Riboflavin). Vitamin B-2 is extremely important as it helps convert carbohydrates into the fuel that our bodies run on. Many people avoid eating foods that are large contributors of Vitamin B-2 like bread, meat, and grains. This means that a lot of us may be lacking in the Vitamin B-2 department. As I eat less and less bread and meat, Vitamin B-2 has become a must-have in my multivitamins.

A Few More Key Ingredients

To round out this very well-rounded vegan multivitamin, there are the ingredients Folate, Magnesium, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid (helps convert food into energy), and Zinc.

Folate is natural Vitamin B-9, folic acid is the synthetic version. It is key to include Folate in all of our diets because it helps make, protect, and repair DNA.

Unfortunately, nearly 68% of us Americans do not have enough Magnesium in our diets. Magnesium deficiencies are linked to hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and type II diabetes. You know what that means, Magnesium in a daily multivitamin is a must!

Zinc boosts our immune system and supports a healthy metabolism. You may have been told to take Zinc when suffering from a cold. I’ve been told that too. Zinc can contribute to recovery from common cold symptoms. During this time of the year, it is essential that you’re getting enough Zinc in your diet every day.

Being called SugarBearHair, it’s no surprise that the included Biotin helps strengthen hair and nails. BTW, the Women’s MultiVitamin and the SugarBearHair Hair Vitamins make a great daily combo! I plan on adding the Hair Vitamin to my daily vitamin intake!

Should you start taking SugarBearHair Women’s MultiVitamins?

I’d say yes, but of course, do whatever works best for you and your body. SugarBearHair is working great for me! These vegan gummy vitamins are far superior to the multivitamin I was taking before and therefore I’m going to be sticking with these little pink bears from now on. Plus, they actually have 10 fewer calories than the multivitamins I was taking previously. It’s not a huge difference, but every little bit helps.

One last thing, SugarBearHair Women’s MultiVitamins are so sweet! They’re like eating chewy little candies. They taste so good I wish I could take more than 2 a day!

Add these adorable little vegan multivitamins to your daily diet and see what else SugarBearHair has to offer, like gift sets, right here.
