The quickest and most inexpensive way to show yourself a little love is by enjoying some me-time in the comfort of your own home. You can go all out and give yourself a manicure or you can keep things simple by sitting down and reading an article in the latest issue of your favorite magazine. As long as you’re taking the time, even if it’s only a few minutes, to recharge and focus on nothing but yourself you can do whatever you want with your me-time. For a little inspiration, I’ve created this list of me-time ideas you can easily do at home.

One of my favorite me-time activities is putting on a face mask. Face masks usually require that you wear them for about 15-20 minutes so they can be done even when you don’t have loads of time to spare. During these 15-20 glorious me-time minutes multi-task with one of the other ideas from the list above to show your outside and inside some love!
