I Tried a Too Faced Beauty Agenda Makeup Look – Here’s How it Came Out!

too Faced

Today’s makeup tutorial is inspired by the November step-by-step makeup guide in the Too Faced Boss Lady Beauty Agenda. One of my favorite aspects of this 2017 Holiday release is that every month the Beauty Agenda includes a themed, exclusive step-by-step makeup tutorial based on products provided in the palette. November’s look is called “Sweetie Pie.”

As the agenda says: “Own your pretty with a warm and delicious look that’ll have you grateful to be gorgeous.”

To create the look I’m showing you, I did use the Too Faced makeup tutorial, but I also embellished it a bit and made it my own. The makeup guide provided didn’t include foundation, brow filler, eyeliner, mascara, or lip recommendations. Therefore, I took those aspects of this makeup look into my own hands.

I like the look created by the Too Faced guide, but it wasn’t enough, it needed basics and finishing touches added to it to make it a complete and wearable look. I’ll explain everything as we go so you can re-create this look yourself with or without the Too Faced Boss Lady Beauty Agenda palette.

Step-by-Step Guide

– As mentioned, this guide is inspired by Too Faced, but given to you in my own words. Boss Lady Beauty Agenda palette shade names are in parentheses. –

1.) Apply your favorite powder or liquid foundation.

2.) Use concealer where necessary to cover blemishes, brighten under eye circles, and/or reduce redness.

3.) Brush a muted brown (Faux Fur Only) into your crease and blend it in.

4.) Brush a shimmering tan (Party Over Here) onto the inner and outer corners of your eyelid.

5.) Press a sparkling pink (Slay Bells) onto the center of your eyelid. Then, blend it into the shimmering tan you’ve already applied.

6.) Fill in your brows.

7.) Line your upper lash line and create a wing using your favorite gel, pencil, or liquid eyeliner in black.

8.) Apply your favorite mascara to your upper and lower lash line.

9.) Blend a bronzer (Chocolate Soleil) along your hairline, cheekbones, and jawline.

10.) Brush a highlighter (#Blessed) onto your cheekbones, above the bronzer.

11.)* Swipe a pink-brown matte liquid lipstick onto your lips.

12.)* Once the liquid lipstick has dried, apply a sheer shiny gloss.

*To simplify things: Instead of applying a matte liquid lipstick and then a gloss, just apply a super shiny pink-brown lip gloss. I didn’t have one on hand when creating this look so I layered products I did have to create exactly what I wanted!
