BH Cosmetics Forever Nude Sculpt and Glow Contouring Kit Review

Now that I've been playing with this contouring kit for almost 2 months, I'm ready to share my full review of it with you!

Forever Nude Sculpt and Glow Contour Kit Review

A full-face contouring kit, simplified in one fool-proof set. This must-have palette features a collection of two contour shades, two highlighter shades and one versatile blush shade to sculpt and define. Use the darker colors to shade and define and the lighter colors to highlight and enhance your features for a natural and flawless look.

Multi-tasking makeup kits and palettes aid in streamlining your getting ready routine and travel well. This contouring kit provides the products needed to create a perfectly sculpted face.

Use this kit to contour, highlight, and add some color to your cheeks. I also use the yellow tinted color to help cover dark circles under my eyes. The shades included in the Light Medium palette are as follows:

  • Softlight
  • Exposed
  • Blushing
  • Lust
  • Untamed.

bh Cosmetics Forever Nude Sculpt and Glow Packaging
The front of the box that the kit comes in.

The packaging is pretty simple. The kit is housed in a thin shiny box. The box mimics the palette design almost exactly. Deep brown, possibly black, lettering is printed on top of a pale pink background. The front of the packaging lets you know what is inside and the back gives you an in-depth description and ingredient list. The shades included are named and the Leaping Bunny logo assures you that this is a cruelty free kit. Side note: this palette is also allergy tested and vegan!

Contour, Highlight, and Blush Palette
This contour, highlight, and blush palette looks just like the box it comes in!

The palette itself is sturdy and has the same fishnet design that the outer box has. It has a mirror making application on-the-go a cinch. The compact design is ideal for travel without sacrificing the amount of product included.

Contour, Highlight, and Blush Palette
Top Row, Left to Right: Softlight, Exposed (Highlighters); Bottom Row, Left to Right: Blushing, Lust, Untamed.

Here’s how I recommend getting the most out of this Contour, Highlight, and Blush Palette – Use it:

To Contour: Use either of the darker shades along the bottom of your cheek bones, along your jaw line, on either side of your nose, and along the top of your forehead.

To Highlight: Use either highlighter on your brow bones, down the bridge of your nose, and along the tops of your cheek bones.

To Add Color to Your Cheeks: Brush the blush on the apples of your cheeks.

To Conceal Dark Circles: Pat the yellow-toned highlighter (Softlight) over a full coverage concealer under your eyes. This will aid in coverage and lock the full coverage concealer in place.

All-in-One Cruelty Free Vegan Palette

This palette can be used daily and I have been taking advantage of it almost everyday. I can see myself using all shades but the darker contouring shade until I reach the bottom of each product’s pan. That is very good, especially considering the affordable price of this product. I like the amount of color that each shade delivers and that the consistency isn’t too powdery in any of the products. These products blend easily into your skin. Each shade applies lightly, allowing you to easily control how much color you put on. The shades can be layered to create a more intense look in the evening or whenever you’d like.

The only negative is that I don’t have a use for multiple contouring shades. Two contouring colors are unnecessary for me, but could be very useful for Makeup Artists. One of the contouring shades works great for me, the other is just a bit too dark.

In the above pictures I’m wearing both highlighters, the blush, and the lighter contouring shade.

Where to Highlight
Love that highlight!

Bottom Line: I’m not getting a lot of use out of the darker contouring shade, but am using the blush, lighter contouring shade, and both highlighters regularly. The price + quality can’t be beat. If you’re looking to streamline your makeup routine, give this kit a try!
