Airplane air notoriously dries out your skin, so while traveling by plane be sure to stay hydrated and to keep your skin moisturized. On the plane I kept a great hand cream, facial mist, and lip balm within reach. I also liberally applied highlighter.
To create this look, I completed the following steps.
Step 1: Complete your skin care routine and DO NOT skip your moisturizer! Next, apply your tinted BB Cream and concealer. Go for semi-matte formulas that don’t dull your skin. For an extra skin brightening boost, use a moisturizing mask the night or day before traveling.
Step 2: Fill in your eyebrows to properly frame your face.
Step 3: Instead of eyeliner on your upper lash line, apply an eye shadow pencil or brush on a thick line of eye shadow. Don’t cover your entire lid, just blend it in along your upper lash line.
Step 4: Finish your eye look for a lengthening and curling mascara. Flights are often early, and this will help make you look awake!
Step 5: Brush a little bit of contour powder beneath your cheek bones. Apply a flattering and natural blush to the apples of your cheeks and brush a highlighter on above your cheeks bones and around your eyes.
Step 6: Swipe on a moisturizing lip balm and lock in your look with a setting spray.
Keep your look fresh by reapplying your lip balm as often as needed throughout your flight. Spritz on your facial mist right before landing.
