I created today’s look using some of the new makeup products that I purchased during my The Body Shop Haul. The other The Body Shop makeup products were given to me as gifts. 🙂 Makeup gifts are some of the BEST gifts!! Just an FYI, The Body Shop is currently having a 40% Off Sitewide + Free Shipping sale! Today’s the last day, so get shopping if you’re interested!
I got interested in The Body Shop makeup because of a Buy 3, Get 2 Free sale that was happening. I also wanted something more sheer to replace my full coverage foundation on days that I wanted to quicken my makeup routine.
To line my eyes, I used the Smoky Eye Definer Eyeliner Pencil. This is a pencil eyeliner that glides on with ease. It’s not so stiff that it’s impossible to get any color on your lash lines, but isn’t so creamy that it’s impossible to control where the color is applied.
The eyeliner pencil that I have does not have a blender attached to it. Since receiving this eyeliner pencil, The Body Shop has added a blender to the other side of the pencil and I find that to be a very welcome improvement to this product.
I used the Baked-to-last Blush on my cheeks, applying the pink shade to the apples of my cheeks and the golden shade above that. The highlight is subtle, but visible in natural sunlight.
I decided to use the Lip Liner that I had alone and all over my lips. This pencil product was easy to apply and made for a great substitute lipstick. Some lip liners are fabulous like that, providing you with a lip color you can wear comfortably in a pinch.

Since using The Body Shop skin care and beauty products I’ve noticed an improvement in the brightness of my skin. Sticking with the topic of this post, the makeup used here is really effective and, in my experience, it enhances the look and feel of your skin!
I’ve been on the hunt for makeup products that are good for my skin and make the option of not wearing makeup at all something I can see myself doing, these The Body Shop products seem to be a great starting point. Do you have any suggestions of foundations or BB Creams I should check out next?
Thank you SO much for reading! Please feel free to share and comment!! 😉
