I think that this makeup look works well for all company cultures, but that it is especially appropriate for offices and company cultures that are a little more classic and professional. If you can have more fun with colors, than by all means do! This is a look that is not only flattering, but it is a look that will keep even the strictest HR personnel happy. 😉 Trust me, I used to work in HR, I’d know!
How to Apply Your Makeup for Work
Step 1:Â To create this work makeup look, I began with the basics. I applied color correcting concealer, full coverage foundation, and I filled in my eyebrows.
Step 2: Next, I applied concealer. I also drew on my eyeliner. I used a black liquid eyeliner on my upper lash line and a white pencil eyeliner on my waterline.
Step 3:Â To really open my eyes up, I applied a lengthening and curling mascara.
Step 4:Â To get more of a summery look, I brushed a light bronzer right under my cheek bones and on my eyelids. I applied bronzer in a similar fashion in my Summer Bronze Glow Makeup Tutorial, if you like how this looks, than be sure to check that out too.
Step 5:Â To complete the look, I applied a subtle highlight to the tops of my cheeks and along the sides of my eyebrows (on my temple). I also put on a sheer pink lipstick.
