The Petit Vour Break Down:
Petit Vour is a non-toxic, vegan, and cruelty free monthly beauty subscription box. Petit Vour is known as “the crème de la cruelty free.” According to their FAQ:
Petit Vour (peh-tee vohr) is a Frenglish word derived from the French confectionary, “petit four.” A petit vour is a small, cruelty-free luxury—non-toxic, vegan, and ethically made. Petit Vour boxes contain a selection of such things and are curated for the modern, ethical woman.
The products in this beauty box are large enough to thoroughly try out in your normal beauty routine. By the time you’ve finished the sample, you should have an idea of whether you’d like to buy the full size product or not. Sometimes full size products are included in the box. Once you subscribe to this box, you complete a beauty profile to receive skin, body, makeup, and hair care products tailored to your preferences.
Cost:
- $15.00 per month in the USA.
- $23.00 per month in Canada.
- $25.00 per month World Wide.
Value: $36.50
Shipping: Boxes ship out in batches on a monthly basis between the 10th and 20th of the month. However, in my case for example, new subscribers may have their boxes shipped outside of this window depending on inventory.
Cancellation: If you want to cancel your box after subscribing, you can do so by e-mailing Petit Vour at cancel@petitvour.com.
Inside my June 2017 Petit Vour box, I found the following products:
- Modern Minerals Lip Crème Tint ($20 Value, Full Size),
- Mai Couture Skincare Blotting Paper ($10 Value, Full Size),
- Niu Body Coconut Oil Makeup Remover Wipes ($4 Value, Sample), and
- My Daughter Fragrances Bloom 23 Perfume ($2.50 Value, Sample).
In addition to these products, there was a postcard that had a cute illustration on one side and info. on all of the included products on the other.

Bottom Line:Â You do save a bit of money with this box in comparison to buying these products individually, but this box isn’t even close to having the great value many other beauty boxes have. Being one of the few cruelty free beauty boxes out there, I’d really like to see it improve!
Have you tried Petit Vour?
If so, what did you think? If not, would you like to?

Ooh I like vanilla scents so I may get that last one…seems a bit pricey for me though I do appreciate what they’re doing

Agreed! Thank you for reading and commenting!
I would be a bit disappointed at a perfume sample too! I used to subscribe to Glossybox, but the products I received often felt like they were those free samples you get everywhere and I didn’t want to continue to pay over 20 dollars for samples every month! I hope your next box will be better so you won’t feel like you wasted your money 🙂

Me too!! Thanks for reading and commenting!
I want to support them! But I am disappointed about this box. At first, I think $15 is not a bad price for a box. But the items they have in this box doesn’t make me think it worth the price. The perfume is such a lame. I mean I possibly can get a perfume sample like this in Sephora for free. (If they have it) I hope they can improve!
Thank you so much for sharing this box! Learn a lot from you <3

Let’s see. I hope it will be a hit 😉

I agree about the perfume samples! I got one in my birchbox (I did really like it and going to buy the full sized bottle), but I do think that they’re a bit of a cop out! Makes me think that the company couldnt think of anything to add, so threw this in! x
