Cruelty Free Subscription Box

Going beyond great products, Love Goodly supports a cause with each box purchase. The three causes that they currently work with are farmsanctuary,, and Beagle Freedom Project.

Love Goodly February March Box

Upon opening the February/March 2017 box, I first noticed the tidy presentation of 2 info. cards and the 4 full size products included. The first info. card included Love Goodly’s social media accounts and a hash tag you can use when sharing pics of your Love Goodly box.

Forks over Knives Apple Grapefruit and Pomegranate Salad

The second info. card is jam-packed with information. First, you have a list of the products included in the box, their price, a brief description of each one, and how to use them. There are also a series of symbols below each product paragraph, representing which of Love Goodly’s 12 values that product represents. The charity partner is highlighted on this side of the card as well. My box purchase supported the Beagle Freedom Project, that’s the cause I was hoping my box would support! On the reverse side of this info. card is a Forks Over Knives Apple, Grapefruit, and Pomegranate Salad recipe. Yum!
Marquet Open Weave Fair Trade Scarf
The first product I pulled out of the box was the Marquet Fair Trade Ton Fai Open Weave Scarf in Meadow, its value is $21.99. This scarf comes in 8 colors, is 100% cotton, and made from locally grown cotton fibers in Thailand. It is handmade, fair trade, vegan, and a portion of the product’s proceeds go to a nonprofit charity. This scarf is light making it an appropriate accessory for mild weather, year-round.
Vegan Cruelty Free Highlighter
The next product I reached for was the Orglamix Cream Luminizer, which is valued at $18.00. The shade is called Illume and it is perfect for use on the cheek bones, brow bones or eyelids. I like it because it adds radiance, but isn’t shimmery or glittery looking. I use it over my foundation, but it can also be used over a moisturizer or serum. This product is cruelty free, vegan, nontoxic, made in the USA, and the proceeds from purchasing this luminizer go to a nonprofit charity.
Cruelty Free Moisturizer
I next grabbed the YUNI Organic Active Calm Moisturizer, oooo “active calm,” I like the sound of that! I do yoga at least 5 times a week so I’m loving that YUNI products are created for those that practice yoga to prolong the benefits of doing yoga. This moisturizer, which is valued at $29.00, is lightweight and formulated to smooth fine lines. It is cruelty free, vegan, nontoxic, made in the USA, and the proceeds from purchasing this moisturizer go to a nonprofit charity.
Natural Hydrating and Brightening Oil
Lastly, I took the Orglamix Sunshine Oil, valued at $18.00, out of the box. As expected, this oil is extremely concentrated so only 2-4 drops should be used to moisten your skin after cleansing. In addition to moisturizing your skin, this product can be used as a primer under foundation. It has a long list of fantastic ingredients, including: essential oils, grapeseed, avocado, grapefruit peel, sweet orange peel, mandarin, and lemon and lime peel. As far as Love Goodly values go, this product is cruelty free, vegan, nontoxic, made in the USA, and the proceeds from purchasing this oil go to a nonprofit charity.

The Love Goodly Break Down:

Cost: This box costs $29.95 every other month. Each box contains 4-5 full size and deluxe sample size beauty and skincare products, healthy snacks, home products, and accessories with a combined retail value of $86.00+.

Cancellation: If you want to cancel your box after subscribing, you can call, e-mail, or send a direct message through one of their chat buttons.

Bottom Line:  This vegan and cruelty free bimonthly subscription box has good value and is all kinds of good for its subscribers, animals, and the planet!
